Racer's Days Start Early

Long before the first light, the world in the Wendover area begins to rumble as the many hot rods are fired up, they are kept respectfully as quiet as the beast will allow as crews start heading for the Salt Flat Cafe or similar eatery prior to getting out on the salt as the first light comes streaming from the east. The spectators and the late night owls are still fast asleep.
